Beautiful desert limestone, in the sweet area of Mesquite, Nevada.
If you are on your way south to Vegas, to climb in the world renown spot of Red Rocks, Nevada, you should spend a couple of days climbing in Mesquite.
For one, there are no camping fees, no national park fees, no crowds, and lots of unclimbed rock. Whether you are looking for that plum line to bolt or just there to clip bolts, this is the stop to do.
Recently a 5-pitch 5.10-, bolted sport climb was established in the area. There are other rock walls that have not yet seen any accents. The Salt Lake and St George climbers mainly established the North Wall being The Grail.

Picture of the second Buttress
For someone with the eye for a line this is the place. We passed several plum lines that we both wanted to do but come back and do. We feel this will be the new route that will make others want to seek out and establish their own new climb.
This climb is worth the hike past the main area, only another 15min past the north NW ridge of the Grail Wall. James Garrett and I spent two days on the climb, bolting the majority of the bolts from ground up. A few were added to the large run outs we took. The trail was also built by us to keep everyone from wondering all over the place in this fragile environment.

Digital Neuropathy 5.10d ***
This line follows a natural weakness up the rock face, and starts out climbing on some of the wildest rock dikes.
Please feel to print off the Topo of the route if heading down south.
For the rest of the Info on the Grail Wall, check the Back Country Outfitters in St George, Utah. Or take my info and go climb what looks good, because its all good.
